Job summary

American Cancer Society is seeking a fundraising operations coordinator to support multi-channel portfolios, assist with event execution, and maintain CRM data integrity. You will work with event managers, leadership, and volunteers to ensure strong donor experiences and timely delivery of revenue targets.

The role involves coordinating logistics, processing donations, and generating insights for performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event support, fundraising operations, or administrative support; 5+ years and/or mentoring experience may be preferred for lead-level scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundraising and event execution support to ensure revenue targets and successful logistics.
• Maintain organized task and reminder systems; monitor deadlines and deliverables; propose solutions.
• Process donations and payments; track expenses; ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain constituent data in CRM platforms; generate reports to support performance and decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on fundraising tools and programs; assist with training and materials.
• Provide volunteer and leadership support, including committee/board support and recruitment activities.
