Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a senior professional to lead the accurate production of shareholder reports, financial statements, and regulatory filings for a diverse portfolio including mutual funds, ETFs, 529 plans, separate accounts, private hedge funds and CITs.

You will provide oversight of audits, service provider relationships, and control activities while driving automation, governance and risk management to elevate reporting quality and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead accurate and timely production of shareholder reports, financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Oversee audits, service provider relationships, and control activities.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence to enhance reporting quality and risk management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Internal Audit, Product Management, Fund Administration, and service providers on reporting solutions.
