IQ-EQ seeks a senior fund administration manager to work with leading private equity clients, overseeing fund operations and financial reporting alongside experienced colleagues.

You will review complex fund calculations, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements across multiple engagements, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• You bring five+ years of progressive fund administration experience.
• You demonstrate strong accounting and finance skills for private equity.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and deliver client service.

Responsibilities

• You'll lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring timelines are met.
• You'll oversee fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• You'll review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR metrics.
• You'll manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while improving processes.
• You'll train junior staff and drive team development.
