Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Manager for our fund administration team in the United States. You will work directly with leading private equity clients, overseeing fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications under guidance.

You will review complex fund calculations, manage audits, and train junior staff while driving process improvements across engagements. You will lead client relationships, apply LP agreement knowledge to fund operations, and ensure accurate journal entries,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring timelines are met.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Prepare and review journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR metrics.
