Job summary

Ren is seeking a Senior Manager, Fund Administration to lead the Fund Administration team in Jersey City, NJ. You will drive strategy, staffing, and process improvements for donor-advised funds and investment account paperwork, while ensuring a best-in-class client experience.

You will partner with custodians and firms, manage capacity (including temporary staff), and use data to measure performance to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry or a related industry.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a sense of team accountability and high performance.
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills with the ability to tell the story with data.
• Excellent work ethic and self-motivation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fund Administration team, setting a 3-year functional strategy and communicating objectives.
• Own hiring and capacity planning, supervise staff, and adjust workload to priorities.
• Onboard new team members and revise SOPs; lead training for Salesforce and documents.
• Oversee Giving Season preparation, contingency planning, and escalations.
• Manage relationships with firms on signer requests and process documentation.
