Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA preferred.
• Leadership experience in private equity, venture capital, private credit, or fund administration.
• Strong understanding of partnership accounting, capital activity, waterfalls, allocations, and carried interest.
• Experience preparing or reviewing fund financial statements under US GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, financial modeling techniques, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with fund accounting platforms such as Investran, Allvue, Geneva, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client relationships ensuring superior client service with their client service team members.
• Deliverables include fund administration services provided to private equity funds such as: review financial statements, SBA compliance, capital activity, and distributions.
• Review SBA compliance reporting and SBA Form 468 preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on client deliverables as needed.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Senior Associates and Associates through performance feedback and training.
• Lead client discussions, provide technical guidance, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Partner with clients and auditors to ensure timely and accurate year-end audits.
