Job summary

Ren is seeking a Senior Manager, Fund Administration to lead the Fund Administration team responsible for opening donor-advised funds and processing investment account paperwork. You will shape the team's strategy, manage staffing (including temporary staff during peak season), and serve as the primary point of contact for firms and custodians on new account matters.

You will drive process improvements and automation, use data to measure performance, and ensure a best-in-class client experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, operations, or a related field.
5+ years in the financial services industry or a related field.
3+ years of experience leading a team.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong leadership and ability to foster accountability and high performance.
Strong data analysis and storytelling with data.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Leads Fund Administration team strategy, staffing, and capacity planning.
Oversees opening DAFs and processing investment paperwork; manages escalations and rush requests.
Drives process improvement and automation; maps cross-functional processes and maintains SOPs.
Establishes metrics and reports performance to leadership; informs decisions with data.
