Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Lead the Fund Administration team, guide staffing and capacity planning, including temporary staff during peak periods.
• Oversee opening donor-advised funds and processing investment account paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive process improvement and automation; use data to measure performance for leadership decisions.
• Own relationships with firms and custodians on new account matters; manage escalations and exceptions.
• Develop and implement training, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve client experience.
