Job summary

IQ-EQ, a leading Investor Services group, seeks a Senior Manager for Private Equity Fund Accounting in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications for multiple PE clients under experienced leadership.

You will review complex fund calculations, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements while delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within asset firms.
• Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, providing a solid foundation for this role.
• Consistently delivers exceptional client service and builds long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
• Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
• Prepare and review key financial components like journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and IRR.
• Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while driving process improvements.
• Prioritize tasks and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.
