Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership to elaborate requirements in an ALM tool.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
• Develop business process models and formal specifications; conduct user interviews and session facilitation.
• Use ALM tools (JIRA) for requirements, testing, and defect management; manage epics and stories.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on technical solutions and manage project backlog.
• Write and deliver project documents to the client; identify risks and issues; maintain traceability.
