Responsibilities

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Collaborate with users, IT and leadership to document requirements in an ALM tool.
Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management.
Develop business process models and formal specifications from user needs.
Facilitate user interviews, sessions, and backlog item decomposition with acceptance criteria.
Use JIRA for Requirements Management, Testing, and Defect Management.
Maintain scheduled backlogs and coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact.
Lead and mentor junior analysts and establish strong relationships with product owners.
Support Scrum delivery and remove impediments to ensure sprint success.
