Qualifications

• Strong background in software development with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience conducting independent research to resolve complex questions.
• Advanced MS Office, including Excel.
• Ability to analyze and integrate information from multiple sources.
• Experience with JIRA tools.
• Experience in large, agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Document requirements with business users, IT, and leadership in ALM tool.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management.
• Analyze user needs to determine cross-functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct interviews, lead sessions, and develop process models and specifications.
• Gather and document business, functional, technical, and non-technical requirements.
• Elaborate user stories, decompose backlog items, and define acceptance criteria.
• Use ALM tool (JIRA) for requirements, testing, and defect management.
• Collect, track, and monitor system and business requirements; validate and integrate them.
• Conduct backlog refinement; coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact to solutions.
• Write and deliver project documents; identify risks and issues.
• Maintain program and product backlogs; manage change control and change requests.
• Facilitate traceability among requirements, test cases, risks, and impediments.
• Report key execution status and metrics across the SAFe lifecycle.
• Develop well-documented stories and become a product SME; mentor junior analysts.
• Establish relationships with product owners; support development teams' understanding of requirements.
• Follow Scrum; remove impediments to complete Sprints; provide qualitative/quantitative updates.
