Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to lead analysis and design of internal user needs, building scalable web applications and integrations that align with enterprise standards. You will define policies, establish standards, and guide the Application Services team through complex projects.

You will act as technical lead on major IT initiatives, mentor staff, and provide Tier IV support as needed.

Qualifications

Six or more years of experience developing full stack web applications.
Three or more years in a technical lead role on large IT projects.
Five or more years of experience with developing integration packages, stored procedures and database schemas utilizing SQL Server.
Advanced experience with software development methodologies.
Experience developing for the Kentico CMS platform.
Certifications in Microsoft MTA / MCSD preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads the development of custom web applications and third-party integration points.
Architects and maintains policy and standardization for the Application Services team.
Serves as the Technical lead on larger IT projects.
Provides Level IV support for specific applications as needed.
Escalates critical issues to management and ensures timely resolution.
Facilitates meetings to discuss project requirements.
