Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Manager of Microsoft Dynamics to lead strategy, development, and support of enterprise Dynamics solutions across tax platforms and ERP integrations. You will supervise developers and engineers while partnering with stakeholders to drive scalable, secure environments.

The role demands extensive hands-on engineering leadership, strong communication, and a proven record of delivering Dynamics-based architectures in complex settings. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• Ten or more years in software engineering; enterprise-scale products.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, integrations, workflows, and automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, implementation, and hands-on development of features for BDO Tax products and Dynamics/ERP integrations.
• Provides architectural direction for services, APIs, and user-facing applications.
• Manages a team, overseeing daily operations and aligning with business objectives.
• Develops references and dashboard reports to evaluate candidate options.
• Monitors project milestones, risks, and budgets.
