• Own and deliver complex initiatives end-to-end.
• Hands‑on leadership in full‑stack development (frontend, backend, APIs, and databases).
• Drive delivery across the SDLC lifecycle – requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable plans.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure enterprise applications.
• Contribute actively to coding, debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization.
• Adhere to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead release management, sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization.
• Agile/Scrum enterprise environments.
• Foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and is accountable for feature delivery.
• Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality.
• Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt.
• Guides the team on work breakdown and execution.
• Works with the Product Owner to ensure healthy backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Plays a team lead role and mentors the team.
• Guides team in planning, estimation, peer reviews, and engineering practices.
