Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Technical Lead, Full-Stack Engineering, to drive enterprise-grade applications across Java back-end, React front-end, and cloud-native infrastructure. In a Vice President-level role, you’ll lead an Agile team, own full-stack solutions, and influence Citi’s technology direction.

You will apply AI tools like GitHub Copilot, promote modern design patterns, and coordinate across stakeholders while maintaining high engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Java, JavaScript, React, Spring Boot and Oracle.
• Deep understanding of modern architecture and microservices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Experience with REST and GraphQL in service-oriented architectures.
• Strong CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of full-stack enterprise applications.
• Write code and guide agile teams to meet sprint goals.
• Define standards and contribute to architecture and patterns.
• Apply containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
