Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Technical Lead, Full-Stack Engineering at VP level to drive design and delivery of enterprise-grade apps spanning Java back-end services, React front-ends, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
Extensive experience with Java, React, Spring Boot, and Oracle.
Solid understanding of modern application architecture principles.
Experience with AI tools to enhance development workflows.
Proficiency with microservices, REST/GraphQL, and cloud-native app development.
Strong CI/CD and DevOps practices using Maven/Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, OpenShift.
Experience with AWS is advantageous.
Agile methodologies and JIRA experience.
Testing automation for unit/integration/e2e tests.
Git/GitHub Enterprise version control.

Responsibilities

Lead full-stack development within an Agile delivery team, writing code and guiding sprint goals.
Contribute to design, documentation, and development of enterprise applications with modern patterns.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Citi technical community to meet architectural standards.
Utilize Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and delivery timelines.
Identify and mitigate risks, communicate progress, and manage technical debt.
