Job summary

Citi in Irving, Texas is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java/React Technical Lead to establish and implement new or revised enterprise applications in collaboration with the Technology team.

You will lead agile teams, design and integrate Generative AI capabilities using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frameworks, and ensure DevOps/SRE standards while driving roadmaps and releases with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Full Stack software engineering experience.
• Expertise with Java, Springboot, Microservices, Angular/React, and Oracle/PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on Generative AI models and DL frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile software development and guide teams.
• Design, develop and integrate Generative AI features.
• Coordinate with the development manager and scrum team.
• Ensure DevOps/SRE standards and production readiness.
• Drive roadmaps, releases, capacity planning, and incident triage.
