Truelogic, a premier nearshore technology partner, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Growth Engineer to design and evolve the infrastructure powering customer acquisition, experimentation, and marketing performance.

This role bridges end-to-end full-stack development with quantitative analysis to deliver production features, API and CRM integrations, and robust product analytics across the user lifecycle, in close collaboration with product, design, and growth teams.

Qualificações

• Experience as a full-stack engineer building modern web apps and scalable backends.
• Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on data tooling experience.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and causal reasoning.
• Experience implementing product analytics instrumentation and data quality checks.
• Ability to integrate third-party tools via APIs and webhooks.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build, and maintain production-ready full-stack features and APIs.
• Design and evaluate experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Apply statistical inference to interpret test results and communicate uncertainty.
• Implement instrumentation and analytics using modern platforms (e.g., PostHog).
• Integrate advertising platforms, CRMs, and data pipelines via REST/GraphQL.
• Evolve data models to support new product workflows and measurement.
• Connect data streams to analyze full-funnel customer journeys and outcomes.
• Maintain data quality, testing, observability, and security across integrations.
