Job summary

Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Growth Engineer to design, build, and evolve the infrastructure powering customer acquisition, experimentation, and marketing performance.

This role bridges end-to-end full-stack development with rigorous quantitative analysis, architecting production features and internal tools, and integrating CRM and advertising platforms via REST/GraphQL. You will instrument analytics and design experiments across the user lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Full-Stack Software Engineer building modern web apps and APIs.
• Strong SQL skills and data tooling experience for analytics workflows.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and causal reasoning.
• Hands-on instrumentation and data quality auditing for product analytics.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain production-ready full-stack features and backend services.
• Design and evaluate experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Implement robust analytics instrumentation and data pipelines.
• Integrate CRMs, advertising platforms, and third-party tools via APIs.
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to translate growth goals into roadmaps.
• Ensure data governance, observability, and privacy across integrations.
