Job summary

Truelogic Software LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Growth Engineer to design and evolve the technical infrastructure powering customer acquisition, experimentation, and marketing performance. You will bridge end-to-end development with quantitative analysis to drive measurable business impact, architecting production features, API and CRM integrations, and robust analytics pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Full-Stack Software Engineer building modern web applications and APIs.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with Python/R or equivalent data tools.
• Experience in experimental design, A/B testing, and causal reasoning.
• Hands-on product analytics instrumentation and data quality auditing.
• Experience integrating third-party tools via webhooks, APIs, and event-driven patterns.
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and validation.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain production-ready full-stack features and services.
• Design and evaluate experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Apply statistical reasoning to interpret A/B results and communicate uncertainty.
• Implement event tracking and product analytics with modern platforms.
• Integrate CRMs, advertising platforms, databases, and tools via APIs.
• Evolve data models to support new workflows and measurement.
• Link acquisition, product usage, CRM, and revenue data for full-funnel analysis.
• Ensure data quality, testing, observability, and security across integrations.
• Collaborate with marketing/product/design to align growth objectives with roadmaps.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling with strong validation and governance.
