Ladders is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer (SaaS Applications) to join a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role blends hands-on full-stack development with technical ownership and close partnership across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Design scalable web applications for a modern SaaS environment, shape engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web application design and development.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience with modern web technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS or GCP infrastructure.
• Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver full-stack features for web applications.
• Take ownership of features from technical direction to production health.
• Evaluate trade-offs and establish best practices for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape requirements.
• Promote Agile methodologies, including TDD and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
