Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and support enterprise web applications in a remote U.S.-based environment. This role spans the full stack with C#, .NET, Vue.js, TypeScript, SQL Server, REST APIs, and AWS, requiring strong engineering fundamentals and secure design practices.

The ideal candidate will mentor engineers, lead technical initiatives, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience.
8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience developing enterprise web applications.
Experience with cloud-hosted solutions, APIs, Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of software solutions that meet or exceed business requirements.
Evaluate new coding techniques, tools, modules, and implement as appropriate.
Consult on requirements elicitation and definition.
Design software solutions per systems requirements.
Code software solutions per designs.
Code reviews, unit test, and integrate coded modules.
Assist other developers with guidance and training.
Support testing and remediate defects.
Support users through troubleshooting and analysis of production logs and data.
Investigate new solutions, tools, products, and techniques to incorporate into coding standards.
