Job summary

Stack Builders is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead and shape technical solutions across client projects. You will design, build, and maintain scalable applications using modern web technologies, and mentor engineers while collaborating with sales on technical discovery.

You’ll evaluate trade-offs, champion Generative AI responsibly, stay up to date with new technologies, and help drive engineering excellence in a remote, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full-stack development across frontend and backend technologies.
• Experience applying Generative AI to improve software delivery.
• Experience designing scalable architectures and making technical decisions.
• Experience working with clients or stakeholders in technical discussions.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing code, guiding development strategies, and helping engineering teams solve complex technical challenges.
• Leverage Generative AI tools responsibly to improve engineering productivity while maintaining code quality and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with our sales team during prospect calls by providing technical expertise and helping design solution proposals for new clients.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend architectures and technologies that best fit each project’s needs.
• Mentor developers and Tech Leads, share knowledge, and foster engineering best practices across teams.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively introduce valuable ideas and improvements to the engineering organization.
