Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast‑growing Full Stack Engineering Team. You will write production code, help plan and own features, and collaborate with delivery teams to drive high‑quality software.

You will mentor junior engineers, participate in on‑call and customer issues, and contribute to framework and tooling upgrades. The role requires 5+ years of building large‑scale web apps using modern stacks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building large‑scale web applications.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Go, or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of React or Angular.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres (Citus), Elastic Search, and Kafka.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Track record of increasing complexity across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions with delivery teams (retrospective, planning meetings).
• Write, review, and commit production code.
• Assist in planning and estimation with high ownership.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level UI engineers.
• Support product maintenance: customer support for critical issues, key customer calls.
• Contribute to Salesloft blogs, support channels, and team‑wide initiatives such as framework/tooling upgrades.
