This role blends hands-on full-stack development with technical ownership and close partnership across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Design scalable web applications for a modern SaaS environment, shape engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web application design and development.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience with modern web technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS or GCP infrastructure.
• Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated solutions.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Full Stack Engineer (SaaS Applications) to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will help design and deliver scalable web application capabilities that support a modern SaaS environment. The position combines hands-on full-stack development with technical ownership, production support, and close partnership across product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams. You will also help shape engineering standards, improve delivery practices, and guide junior team members through code reviews and technical mentorship.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,500 – $159,800 annually
