BetterHelp is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a diverse team and help scale accessible mental health care. You’ll own end-to-end features, write scalable PHP, work with SQL, and collaborate across engineering, product, and design.

We value 5+ years in web development, strong front-end and back-end skills, Git teamwork, and a passion for learning. The base salary ranges from $130,000 to $185,000 per year, with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

• 5+ years of experience in web development across front-end and back-end.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and SQL with proven ability to design scalable APIs.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with Git in a team environment and agile workflows.
