The role is fully remote in the United States with US work authorization. Compensation includes $205,000-$235,000 base salary plus equity and an annual bonus, reflecting a senior, impact-driven engineering leadership position.

• 8+ years scaling production software.
• Deep full stack experience with Rails, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq.
• Strong systems design, reliability, performance, and collaboration.
