BetterHelp is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a diverse team delivering scalable online therapy solutions. You will own end-to-end features, write secure code, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted development and responsible architecture in a fast-growing health tech environment. The position supports remote work from anywhere in the U.S.

Competenze

• Five or more years of professional web development experience in any stack.
• Three or more years of experience with SQL, including relational schema design and complex queries.
• Experience using Git in a collaborative team environment.
• Sound engineering judgment and a thoughtful approach to modern development tools, including AI assistants, with appropriate attention to security, privacy, and code quality.

• You will develop end to end, owning features from technical design and development through deployment, monitoring, and continued improvement.
