Qualifications

• 5-15+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python backend development experience, including API design, domain modeling, data validation, error handling and testing.
• Experience building web applications with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development and prompt-driven tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain full stack product capabilities across SmartCenter modules and shared workflows.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic in Python, following existing patterns.
• Build and improve web application experiences using the frontend stack with usability and performance in mind.
• Make pragmatic decisions about technical debt, refactoring, and tradeoffs while ensuring privacy and data integrity.
