Miratech is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership across CX and contact center solutions. You will shape scalable Java/Spring Boot services and React/TypeScript front-ends, with API-first design and event-driven architecture, while participating in critical engineering work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with architecture ownership for distributed apps.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, security, testing, and performance engineering.
• Strong frontend skills in React and TypeScript, guiding frontend architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for scalable CX and contact center capabilities.
• Develop Java/Spring Boot services, APIs, integration components, and reference implementations.
• Guide frontend architecture for agent, supervisor, and admin experiences using React/TypeScript.
• Define API-first and event-driven strategies, including contracts and versioning.
• Design integrations across voice infrastructure, digital channels, routing engines, CRM, and analytics.
• Evolve voice and CPaaS capabilities using FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIP, WebRTC, and Twilio.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and deployment views.
• Define non-functional requirements for availability, performance, security, observability, and DR.
• Review designs, identify risks, and drive decisions balancing quality, time, cost.
• Establish engineering standards, patterns, and documentation expectations.
• Lead technical discovery, PoCs, modernization planning, and production readiness.
