Job summary

Empowerly is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a fully remote US role with core collaboration hours in Pacific Time. You will own features end-to-end, build React front-ends and backend services, and shape AI model integration into the platform.

You will mentor engineers, review code, and influence technical direction while ensuring scalable architecture. This is a remote, global team driven by collaboration and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional full-stack development experience with ownership.
• Experience owning services, APIs, and integrations end to end.
• Production experience integrating AI models, LLMs, AI APIs, or machine learning features.
• Technical decision-making experience and mentoring/reviewing engineers’ work.
• Familiarity with cloud providers and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own features from idea through design, build, test, deployment, and post-launch.
• Build React front-end experiences and backend services/APIs end to end.
• Determine AI model integration into product experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Design during planning and scoping.
• Review code and raise engineering quality.
• Set technical direction and ensure scalability and performance.
• Monitor production performance and adoption of AI trends.
