HeadHR is seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer to expand the backend and frontend architecture of portals handling large datasets. You will work with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and modern frontend frameworks to optimize performance and scalability.

You will actively use AI tools to speed up coding, design secure APIs, and write tests while shaping technical decisions and documenting architecture. Remote work is possible, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and product thinking.

Qualifications

• Full-stack experience with a backend ecosystem (Python, Node.js, PHP) and a frontend framework (React, Vue) or strong JS.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
• Ability to use AI tools to speed up coding while maintaining critical thinking and verification.
• Experience with containerization (Docker), automated tests, and architecture documentation.
• Ability to map business needs to concrete technical solutions with minimal specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize systems, expanding backend and frontend architecture for portals with large datasets.
• Design and tune databases, including PostgreSQL/MySQL, and manage SOLR/Elasticsearch search features.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflow to accelerate development and automate tasks.
• Create secure, scalable APIs for external clients and internal systems.
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
