Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for the AI Platform & Agents team to design and ship scalable GenAI platform components that empower hundreds of product teams.

You will work in a remote-first, hybrid-friendly environment across the US/Canada, collaborating with a large distributed team and owning end-to-end development from concept to production, including AI agents and platform services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proven track record delivering secure, cloud-native systems to production.
• Expert in AI agent development and evaluation, backend and frontend development.
• Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, SRE, and secure SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack applications, AI agents, and platform components.
• Build tooling for rapid GenAI agent development, validation, and deployment.
• Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and domain experts to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Apply LLM patterns to deliver measurable value, faster and more reliable AI systems.
• Lead by example with high-quality, maintainable code.
