• 5+ years of commercial web development experience.
• Strong JS/TS/React/Next.js and Node.js backend experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in clients' teams as an equal team member.
• Build frontend and backend features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Design application architecture, reusable modules and integration patterns.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for AI coding agents.
• Use AI coding agents (Claude/Codex) as part of daily engineering workflow.
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code.
• Improve AI-assisted engineering workflows, including reusable skills, prompts and testing practices.
