AgileEngine, a US-based development partner, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC services.

You will work closely with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment on AI/LLM-adjacent codebases while handling sensitive data. This is a remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity for high-performing engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in frontend or backend development.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases and LLM/agent systems.
• Experience building systems that handle sensitive data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.
• Proven ownership and strong problem-solving skills; effective remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems that handle sensitive healthcare data.
