Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Full-stack Engineer who will lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers. You will mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and oversee cloud-native, data-driven risk management solutions across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in CS or related quantitative field.
Master's degree preferred.
at least 3 years of people management experience.
Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with distributed microservices.
Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for risk management.
Guide teams using Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, and TypeScript in a cloud-native environment.
