Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling web-based SaaS applications.
• Proficient in at least one modern language such as Ruby, Java, or Python.
• Strong experience with Agile software development, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, resilient web solutions for leasing workflows at scale.
• Lead by example in design, coding, and architecture; mentor engineers.
• Design and optimize queries and algorithms to ensure SaaS performance.
• Deliver new features with robustness, maintainability, and performance at the forefront.
• Drive engineering excellence through TDD, code reviews, and CI practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, PMs, designers, and researchers on end-to-end solutions.
• Promote agile practices, prioritization, urgency, and accountability for rapid delivery.
• Research and apply new technologies to improve system quality and speed.
