Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing web-based applications, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Extensive experience designing complex data models that fit into business and compliance requirements.
• Extensive experience developing web applications, preferably in an agile SaaS environment.
• Proven experience driving architectural improvements to enhance scalability, flexibility, or performance.

Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of existing mixed portfolio segments (affordable housing, student housing) to own the foundations of these segments.
• Maintain ongoing business segments (Community Association, Commercial, NYC).
• Develop scalable, robust web-based solutions, possibly refactoring or integrating with partners.
• Mentor and guide other software engineers.
• Implement new features and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with QA, product, and design in a high-performing team.
