Job summary

X-Team International is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a Health Tech project with LATAM base and global remote collaboration. The role splits roughly 60% TypeScript/React on Google Cloud and 40% Go on backend services, with ownership of features and a focus on AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, senior level.
• Strong, hands‑on TypeScript and React experience, owning front‑end features end-to-end.
• Working proficiency in Go, read, debug and ship changes to backend services.
• Daily use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or similar in a professional codebase.
• Hands‑on experience using AI agents to automate engineering workflows such as code review, testing, refactoring or release tasks.
• Clear understanding of handling sensitive data securely, including HIPAA and PHI principles or an equivalent standard.
• Based in Latam, with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack features across TS/React and Go on Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with a senior team and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Read, extend and maintain backend services to ensure API functionality.
• Ship backend changes and read existing code to improve products.
• Engage in remote, async collaboration and drive ownership early.
