Motion Recruitment is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join an early‑stage health tech company’s growing engineering team. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable applications, internal tools, integrations, and platform capabilities that support critical healthcare workflows.

You’ll be a hands-on contributor in a small, fast‑moving team, owning product development and key technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience building and supporting production web applications.
• Proficiency with modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Node.
• Experience working on cloud infrastructure in AWS or GCP.
• Experience developing backend services, APIs, and database-driven applications.
• Knowledge of application security best practices, authentication, authorization, and data protection principles.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, building scalable applications, internal tools, integrations, and platform capabilities that support critical healthcare workflows. As part of a small, fast-moving team, you will have significant ownership over product development and technical decision-making.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and building software that is secure, reliable, and scalable. Key Responsibilities
