Job summary

A5 Talent Finders is seeking a founding Full-Stack Engineer for a 100% remote role servicing LATAM, aligning with PST hours. You will shape the technical direction and product roadmap for a healthcare AI platform, owning end-to-end feature development from architecture to deployment.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of full-stack experience with React/TypeScript on the frontend and Python/Node.js with Supabase on the backend, plus AWS HealthLake familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of full-stack web development experience.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Strong back-end experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and Supabase.
• Demonstrated AWS expertise, particularly with HealthLake.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature development from architecture through deployment.
• Shape the technical direction and product roadmap of the platform.
• Work directly with the founding team to revolutionize personalized healthcare delivery.
