Inspira Education Group is seeking a strong full-stack engineer who can own the complete product development process—from problem framing to design, build, and post-launch improvements. You will work closely with leadership, product, and design, applying AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.

This in-person role requires five days per week in our NYC office and offers a chance to build impactful education software that serves students worldwide.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience with Node.js and REST API design (Express, NestJS or equivalents).
• PostgreSQL/SQL knowledge; ORM like Prisma or Drizzle.
• Experience deploying on cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to use AI tools in development, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into product requirements and development plans.
• Design and build front-end, back-end, database, and integrations.
• Make architecture decisions balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability.
• Use AI tools to accelerate implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Own deployment, production monitoring, incident resolution, and improvements.
• Measure impact on adoption, conversion, or operational metrics.
