Job summary

Inspira Education Group is seeking a strong full-stack engineer to own the complete product development lifecycle in our NYC office. You will translate business needs into polished applications, design scalable architectures, and work with leadership to deliver impactful software.

You will leverage AI coding tools, collaborate with product and design, and ensure secure, reliable deployments across the stack. This in-person role requires five days/week on-site in New York City.

Qualifications

• Strong HTML/CSS with responsive layouts.
• Experience designing REST APIs with validation and pagination.
• Auth/RBAC and third-party integrations.
• SQL proficiency and relational schema design.
• ORM familiarity (Prisma/Drizzle).
• CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployments.
• Security, testing, and code quality practices.
• AI-assisted development and tool evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into product requirements and plans.
• Design and build front-end and back-end components across the stack.
• Make architecture decisions balancing speed and maintainability.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and docs.
• Own deployment, monitoring, incident resolution, and improvements.
• Measure impact on adoption, conversion, and efficiency.
