Job summary

Inspira Education Group seeks a strong full-stack engineer to own the complete product development lifecycle in our NYC office. You will translate needs into robust software across frontend, backend, and database layers, using AI tools to accelerate delivery.

You will work with leadership and design teams, ensuring secure, scalable solutions with a focus on user impact and maintainability. This in-person role requires 5 days per week in New York, offering health benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient front-end and back-end engineering across modern stacks.
• Strong knowledge of React/Next.js, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/SQL and ORM tools (Prisma/Drizzle).
• Ability to deploy and operate apps on cloud platforms with CI/CD.
• Secure coding practices and comprehensive testing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into product requirements, user flows, and plans.
• Design and build polished apps across frontend, backend, DB, and integrations.
• Make architecture decisions balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and docs.
• Own deployment, production monitoring, incidents, and improvements.
• Measure impact on adoption, conversion, or operational metrics.
