Job summary

Inspira Education Group is building a world-class edtech platform and is hiring a strong full-stack engineer to own the complete product development lifecycle in person at our NYC office. You will partner with leadership to translate business problems into technical solutions, balancing UX, architecture, and AI-enabled tooling.

You will work across front-end, back-end, database, and integrations, using Node.js/TypeScript, modern frameworks, and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent ownership.
• Experience shipping full-stack production applications.
• Ability to take loosely defined problems through to a working release.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into product requirements and development plans.
• Design and build front-end and back-end components, databases, and integrations.
• Make architecture decisions balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability.
• Use AI tools to accelerate implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Own deployment, monitoring, incident resolution, and improvements.
• Measure impact on adoption, conversion, or operational efficiency.
