Job summary

Inspira Education Group is seeking a strong full-stack engineer to own the complete product development lifecycle in our NYC office. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, design polished applications across frontend, backend, and data layers, and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery.

This in-person role requires five days per week in our NYC office. You will collaborate with leadership, product, and design teams to ship reliable software, review code, and maintain

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Track record of shipping and maintaining full-stack production applications.
• Experience taking loosely defined problems to a working release.
• Ability to review, debug, and secure code independently.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into product requirements and development plans.
• Design and build front-end, back-end, database, and integrations.
• Decide architecture and releases balancing speed and maintainability.
• Use AI tools to accelerate implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Own deployment, monitoring, incidents, and improvements.
• Measure impact on adoption, conversion, or operational efficiency.
