Job summary

Inspira Education in New York, NY seeks a strong full-stack engineer to own the entire product development lifecycle—from problem framing to design, build, and post-launch improvements. You’ll collaborate with leadership, product, and design and leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.

This in-person role requires 5 days/week in our NYC office and offers a platform to impact student outcomes across diverse backgrounds worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent ownership.
• Track record of shipping and maintaining full-stack production apps.
• Experience taking loosely defined problems through to working releases.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration with product/design teams.
• Experience using AI coding tools to accelerate implementation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into product requirements and development plans.
• Design and build polished front-end and back-end applications.
• Make architecture decisions balancing speed, reliability and maintainability.
• Use AI tools to accelerate implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Own deployment, monitoring, incidents, and improvements.
• Measure impact on adoption, efficiency, or other business outcomes.
