United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Senior Full-stack Engineer to design, build, and ship end-to-end features for patient and clinician products. You will work across front-end and back-end services, ensuring data residency and regulatory compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong TypeScript/Node.js skills, React experience, and familiarity with PostgreSQL/MongoDB.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
• North American business hours preferred (Eastern time) with overlap to Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end for patient and clinician products.
• Implement backend services in TypeScript/Node.js compliant with data residency and regulatory standards.
• Build React user interfaces for patient-facing and clinician-facing products.
• Model and manage data in MongoDB and PostgreSQL with regulatory best practices.
• Collaborate across teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to engineering standards.
