AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

You''ll contribute to AI/ML-adjacent codebases while collaborating with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. This US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, and experience handling sensitive healthcare data.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases, incl. LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems handling sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech preferred).
• Authorized to work in the US with no visa sponsorship.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with remote collaboration tools: GitHub, Slack, JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases.
